When the occurrence of muscle pain, the disorder may last over time or resolve in a few days.

Some examples of natural remedies for muscle pain:
- ginger compresses that stimulate blood circulation and dissolve fluid buildup, so the tissues relax and the pain goes away.
To prepare this compress, you will need about 100-150 grams of grated ginger to wrap in a gauze or cotton bag.
Dip it into a pot of water that has come to a boil and let it simmer about 5 minutes.
Finally, wring out the small bag of ginger and, that hot ginger water will be used to soak a sponge cloth in it, which, once wrung out, should be applied to the parts to be treated.
The treatment should last about 30 minutes and be repeated 8/10 times, as needed.
